We are pleased to share that a new batch of CS60 slide gate plates has been dispatched to customers in CIS.
The CS60 slide plate is a high-performance sliding gate component designed for large ladles (>180 t) and converter tapping systems.
Made from Al₂O₃-ZrO₂-C composite and processed through a high-temperature firing treatment,
it offers excellent thermal shock resistance and slag corrosion resistance.

High density & corrosion resistance – Bulk density ≥3.05 g/cm³, apparent porosity ≤7%
High strength & safety – Cold crushing strength ≥110 MPa, sliding surface flatness ≤0.05 mm
